Unfolding Fields of Interaction with Health, Life, Loss and Death

Each year, DasArts organizes a block in which guest curators contribute to a programme based on a particular theme for a period of two and a half months. In this year’s block, Helen Medland and Tim Harrison (directors of the SICK! Festival in Manchester and Brighton), and Barbara Raes (researcher at KASK School of Arts, Ghent) introduced the students to difficult topics and urgent physical, mental and social challenges as well as to how the performing arts have the power to create new ‘transitional’ spaces.

On 1 March and 30/31 March the public will have the opportunity to witness the results of the students’ research and their works in progress. We would like to invite you to:

Entry to the public presentations is free, but please make reservations: dasarts@ahk.nl.

Overhoeksplein 2, Amsterdam

30 and 31 March, time to be announced. Ritual Presentations will most likely also take place during day and/or night.
