Before downloading the NetIQ app, you must scan a QR code. Below you will find an explanation for scanning QR codes.

With camera app
With most telephones, you can scan a QR code with your camera app as follows:

• Open the camera app.
• Point your camera towards the QR code that you want to scan.
• The device will recognise the QR code and provide a notification.
• Click on the notification in order to open the link that pertains to the notification.

With Google Lens
You can also scan a QR code with Google Lens:

• Look in your list of apps or in your camera app to see if Google Lens has been installed. If not, download the app via the Google Play Store.
• As soon as Google Lens has been installed, the Google Lens icon will appear in Google Assistant and in the camera app.
• If you click on the Lens icon at the bottom right of the screen, your camera will be activated.
• Point your camera towards the QR code that you want to scan.
• The device will recognise the QR code and provide a notification.
• Click on the notification in order to open the link that pertains to the notification.
