MyAHK is the intranet of the AHK. Here you will find your AHK-mail, your agenda, the address book of the AHK, your study guide and timetables, the latest news and announcements. A single login with your MyAHK credentials grants you access to the most important digital services, such as your email, Blackboard and some restricted parts of the website.

You are expected to log in regularly because a lot of communication of the AHK is posted on MyAHK or sent to you by email.


When you log in at you will be redirected to the portal page of MyAHK. This is a personalized page where information from various sources is brought together. At a single glance you can see the last couple of mails you received, that latest news and announcements from your study programme. The portal also gives you access to your schedules and the study guides.


Every student that is registered with the AHK and all appointed staff members have a personal email address. Most communication from the school, the academy or the study programme is sent by email to your AHK address. You are therefore expected to use this address and check it regularly. After de-registration as a student or discharge as an employee the mailbox will automatically be deactivated after a standard period of time.

Restricted parts of the website

The website of the AHK contains a lot of useful information for students and staff members. Partly, this information is only available to certain user groups after logging in. For example, this applies to the intranet websites of all faculties.


Blackboard is the Electronic Learning Environment of the AHK. Many study programmes use it to share lessons, documents and other information.

Other (external) sources

Your MyAHK account also grants access to a couple of external sources. For example the libraries of the AHK have licences with external databases which are only accessible after logging in with your MyAHK credentials.

Logging in

You log in at with your user name (e.g. j.johnson) and your password. Your user name and password will be sent to you after you are enrolled as a student at the AHK or when you are appointed as a member of staff.
