The Central Student Administration (CSA) takes care of the administration regarding your study at the AHK. If you have any questions about your enrolment, termination of enrolment, payment or refund of tuition fees, please feel free to contact us.


Problems with AHK account or email?

When you contact us always state your student number. We can help you quickly then!

If you need a new student or staff card, please fill in the Card replacement request form. The CSA will print a new card and inform you about where and when you can collect it.

Opening hours CSA Student Desk: Monday to Thursday from 10:00 - 12:45 and 13:30 - 16:00 (during school holidays region Noord we’re only open on Tuesdays and Thursdays)

Please note: From Friday 22 December until and including 5 January the central student administration will be fully closed for the Christmas holidays.
