Termination of enrolment
If you do not want to re-enrol as a student at the Amsterdam University of the Arts (AHK) for the new academic year, you are obliged to terminate your enrolment via Studielink before 1 September. You should also terminate your enrolment if you have obtained your degree. You are obliged to terminate your enrolment via Studielink before 1 September. Log in with your DigiD via Studielink and choose the option ‘request for termination of enrolment’. If you terminate enrolment in the course of an academic year, excess tuition fees paid will be settled.
Interim termination of enrolment
If you decide to stop your study, please discuss this with the programme director, study adviser and/or principal subject teacher. You should subsequently submit a request for termination of enrolment via Studielink. After doing that, you should drop by the student counsellor in order to fill in a Request for interim termination of enrolment / refund of tuition fees and an Exit questionnaire. You should also hand in your student card here. If you terminate enrolment in the course of an academic year, excess tuition fees paid will be settled.
Stopping student finance
If you receive student finance and you graduate or terminate your enrolment, you will no longer be entitled to receive student finance. In both cases, you must stop your student finance and your student travel product in time yourself. You can do this with your DigiD via www.duo.nl.
