You can turn to the student coach of the AHK (previously the Study + Disability coordinator), Trude Cone, for training courses/sessions and individual coaching.
The student coach gives two training courses during the school year; a study-related stress/fear of failure training course and an introductory training session on planning and time management. For more information about the training and the dates, see MyAHK (only accessible to students).
If you encounter problems during your study, you are not only able to turn to your student counsellors, but also to student coach Trude Cone. Together you can see whether her individual coaching, focused on study skills and personal development, suits you. Trude can also refer you to other forms of support, within and outside the AHK.
