Aidan Mikdad (12) wins first prize International Piano Competition Lagny-sur- Marne

Aidan Mikdad (12) has won first prize at the Lagny International Piano Competition in the category A (10-15 years). Ten pianists from ten different countries participated in the final, which took place on Friday 31 January in the French Lagny-sur-Marne, in the outskirts of Paris. Aidan studies piano with Marjès Benoist at the Sweelinck Academy, the CvA's national study programme for exceptionally gifted young musicians.
