Additionally, the trio won the press prize.
The members of the Gijs Idema Trio are, in addition to guitarist Gijs, Cas Jiskoot, double bass, and en Tim Hennekes, drums. Gijs and Tim both study in the bachelor’s degree programme at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam.
