Laurens de Man awarded 'Kunst aan de Dijk Prize for Young Talents'

Organist and pianist Laurens de Man has been awarded de 'Kunst aan de Dijk Prize for Young Talents 2018'. During a recital on April 12th at the Oude Kerkje in Kortenhoef he will be presented with the award.

Laurens de Man (’s-Hertogenbosch, 1993) studied piano and organ at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam with David Kuyken, Jacques van Oortmerssen († 2015), Pieter van Dijk and Matthias Havinga respectively. He obtained his master's diploma with honours in 2016. His master's exam in piano in 2017 was given the designation 'excellent'.

The Kunst aan de Dijk Prijs awarded every year to a young, talented musician or visual artist, to be put towards their further studies.
