Congratulations to Cameron Shahbazi for winning second prize at the Cesti Competition 2018. The Cesti Competition, part of the Innsbruck Festival of Early Music, is the world’s most prestigious competition for baroque opera singing; many winners and participants have embarked on an international career. This year the mandatory programme consisted of arias from Handel’s opera seria Ottone, re di Germania.
