Prizes for CvA students at National Cello Competition

Amke te Wies has won second prize at the National Cello Competition, part of the Cello Biennale. She also won the prize for best performance of the commissioned work by Theo Loevendie, and the 'Start in Splendor' prize. This last prize, which she won for the best project plan, entails a concert, organised and presented by Amke herself.

Amke studies with Jelena Ocic en Viola de Hoog in the second year of the master's degree programme.

Tom Feltgen, third-year bachelor's student with Gideon den Herder, won the incentive prize.
