In addition to the Amsterdam Pop Prize 2018, the band WIES is now also winner of the ‘Grote Prijs van Nederland 2019’. WIES is the band of Jeanne Rouwendaal, Tobias Kolk and Jasper Meurs, who gave their final exam concert during the May Days festival in May 2019.
The award includes a budget of € 2,500, performances, studio time in the Wisseloord Studios and other means to grow as an artist.

And there’s more good news: in the autumn of 2019 the band will go on tour as support act for Roxeanne Hazes.
