Cellist Octavie Dostaler-Lalonde has been selected as ‘Monteverdi Apprentice’ with the Orchestre Révolutionnaire et Romantique for the 2019-2020 season. She will participate in all major projects of the orchestra, including Beethoven’s complete symphony cycle, and a series of intensive chamber music workshops and masterclasses by experts.
Octavie Dostaler-Lalonde studied Baroque cello with Viola de Hoog at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam, graduating from the master’s degree programme in 2016. Previously she has been chosen as 'Handel House Talent 2017-2018'.
