Again prizes for Sweelinck Academy students at Princess Christina Competition!

In the regional rounds ‘South’ and ‘East’ several students of the Sweelinck Academy have won prizes.

Round South 
In this round Trio Fidélité won second prize in category 2 (15-19 of age). The members of Trio Fidélité are Zara le Clercq (18), piano student with Marianne Boer; Alice van Binsbergen (17) violin student with Sarah Kapustin, and Jertil Oláh (17), cello student with Monique Heidema. Violinist Jessica Lukken (16), student with Maria Milstein, won third prize in this category. 
Gijs Linn (17), clarinet student with Bart de Kater, won the Audience Prize and received an honourable mention.

Round East

In Round East Adam Akopian (12) won first prize in category 1 (12-14 of age). Adam studies piano with Frank Peters. Julian Jeukendrup (14), violin, won second prize in this category.
David Zielman (15), piano student with Marianne Boer, won second prize in category 2 (15-19 of age). 

Trio Fidélité, Adam Akopian and Julian Jeukendrup will participate in the National Final, which will be held at the end of this month.
