Many prizes for Emma Roijackers

Violinist Emma Roijackers has won no less than three prizes at the Oskar Back Prize of the Netherlands Violin Competition on 29 January 2022. She won second prize, the audience prize and the prize for best performance of a modern composition. 

Previously, in October, she won first prize at the international competition ‘Luigi Zanuccoli’ in Italy, and in November third prize at the international compertition ‘Emmanuel Durlet’ in Belgium.

Emma Roijackers studied violin with Ilya Grubert at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam, graduating in 2019.
