Students eligible for an ECHO Award are successful students with a non-western background who stand out because of their entrepreneurial attitude, organisational ability, active social involvement and constructive approach in challenges related to exclusion. The ECHO Awards are an initiative of ECHO Expertise Centre Diversity Policy. The winners will be announced during the ECHO Award ceremony on 7 December in Amsterdam at the Loyens & Loeff head office.
