The AHK's Strategic plan for the period 2024-2029 has been published. The plan describes which themes the AHK will give extra attention to in education, research and operations in the coming years. The plan was drawn up on the basis of discussions with students, staff, the employee representation body, the Supervisory Board and external parties in the professional field.
Focus on six themes
In the coming years, the AHK will pay extra attention to the following six themes for education, research and operations. These are in line with the themes from the previous strategic plan (2018-2023):
- Sustainability
- Diversity, inclusion and social safety
- Internationalisation
- Interdisciplinarity and transdisciplinarity
- Digitality and technology
- Lifelong development
More on these six themes, as well as the full strategic plan, can be found at ahk.nl/strategicplan.
Implementation agenda
To realise the ambitions under the six themes, the AHK is drawing up an implementation agenda. This will include processes already underway, and new projects will be launched. These will be carried out by project teams consisting of representatives from several academies.
