Those who successfully complete the course are well equipped for a variety of functions in the field of art education:

• as teachers of the various arts and culture subjects, particularly general courses in Art
• coordinatory or staff functions in the field of the artistic disciplines in schools and in extramural art education
• functions involving the development of the artistic disciplines at various levels of secondary education
• functions involving the development of and policy on the artistic disciplines in a variety of institutions, such as centres for the arts, regional and national auxiliary institutions, educational departments of orchestras, theatre companies, dance companies and museums, consultancies, government bodies.
