Inclusive learning and working environment

How do we create an inclusive learning and working environment in the AHK? This module is for all lecturers at the AHK who want to work on, and learn about, a more inclusive working and learning environment. This is a topical issue in which lecturers play an important role. You will develop skills and build your self-confidence to facilitate inclusive learning and working.

After completing this module:

  • You will have gained new insights and/or sharpened existing ones regarding the creation of an inclusive working and learning environment, with which you can more strongly support your own vision;
  • You will have analysed your own working practice and connected it to the methodologies and theoretical frameworks provided;
  • You have practical tools that you can immediately apply in your own professional practice;
  • You have considered your own work practice and that of your colleagues from various perspectives and learned from them.
  • You will have a valuable network of colleagues within the AHK who also deal with issues of social safety and inclusiveness.
