Code of conduct

The AHK has signed the Code of Conduct for International Student in the Higher Education since 2006. By signing the Code of Conduct, the AHK is obliged to provide their international students clear, accessible information on the quality of the study, their position within the Dutch system of higher education, the services and provisions of the international students and so on. The Code of Conduct is a joint initiative of the Dutch government and educational institutions.

You can find the full text of the Code of Conduct here.

International students who have serious issues regarding false information on the study programme can address the issues first to the school. If the students have sufficient reasons to think that their complaints are not taken up by the school, the students can address the issue at the National Commission of the Code of Conduct. On the website of Internationalstudy.nl you can find information (and instruction videos) how to file your complaint.
