What will you learn during this evening?
Looking to raise funds? What will be your approach? Find out how an investor approaches your project, such as what their opinion is on educational and participation projects. You will learn more on alternative sources of income, such as crowdfunding, sponsoring and partner deals. With all the tips and tricks provided, you will soon know how to find financial backers for your project. Please bring your smartphone with you, as we’ll be using that during the workshop. The language of choice for this workshop is Dutch.

Damani Leidsman
Damani Leidsman (he/him) is a performing artist, creative producer, and advises in arts and culture. He believes that everyone deserves to find a sustainable way of working. He will dive deep into the subject matter with you and provide you with insight into an artistic and business way of working. Damani is co-founder and board member of CLOUD/Danslab, a platform for dance and movement.

18:00–20:30: Workshop begins | The instructor will share everything you need to know as a beginner.
20:30–21:00: The bar is open | Continue the conversation with other guests or ask the instructor your questions.

Free workshop
This workshop is free for AHK students and recent AHK graduates (from 2019 onwards). There is a ticket price of €12.00 for AHK alumni who graduated before 2019 or for non-AHK students. External visitors are also very welcome! The ticket price for them is €15.00.
