About the trainer:
Karlijn Hemmer(she/her) is a cultural entrepreneur. She graduated from the Production and Stage Management programme at the AHK in 2017 and since then she has worked at all kinds of places in the cultural field. Her work focuses on the business and entrepreneurial side of the sector, motivated by the question: ‘How should we deal with (human) capital in a sustainable way?’ Karlijn is currently Head of Operations at Theateraan de Rijn, part of De Nieuwe Oost.
