In Bellini's opera I Capuleti e i Montecchi, the ancient feud between the Capuleti and the Montecchi family reignites when Romeo returns to Verona. While Giulietta's marriage to Tebaldo has been arranged, Romeo attempts to rekindle their love. Under the baton of Antonino Fogliani, director Tatjana Gürbaca presents an intense, lyrical and innovative interpretation of this timeless love story.
