Frequently asked IT questions
You need to use two-step verification. Visit myahk.nl and follow the instructions provided. Detailed steps can be found on here.
Please contact the I&A Servicedesk first to have your verification method reset. Only after that can you complete the MFA procedure correctly.
Eduroam is available across all of the AHK campus. Simply log in with your AHK account to connect. Once connected, you can use Eduroam at thousands of institutions in over 100 countries. Follow the linked instructions for campus Wi‑Fi setup.
Upload your photo through the Cards Online service portal. Use your AHK credentials:
Username: initial.lastname (e.g., j.jansen@ahk.nl)
Password: your MyAHK password used at account activation
If you are logged in, go to ‘Edit my data’. There you can upload your photo. The Central Student Administration (CSa) will then approve the photo.
Are you a new student?
After activating your AHK account, you will automatically receive an invitation from Cardsonline by email to upload your photo. However, it may take up to 24 hours before you receive this email. If it takes longer, please contact servicedesk@ahk.nl.
To use the printers:
Log in to the AHK Print Portal with your AHK account.
