Printing at the AHK
Using the AHK Print Portal, you can print, scan, and copy anywhere within the AHK, in both black-and-white and color, on any printer. You can also:
- Upload print files
- Manage your account
- Download printer drivers for when you use a private computer ('BYOD'; this is not needed with AHK computers)
Follow the instructions below to get started.
Students receive an annual printing credit of €22. This is automatically topped up at the start of the school year. You will be notified when only €4 remains of this budget. Want to add more credit? Please go to the reception or service desk at your academy.
Printing and copying costs:

There could be several reasons why you can't print even though you've followed the instructions correctly. Namely:
- Restarting your computer can often help. Try this first.
- Have you selected the correct printer and is it set as the default? You should choose AHK Canon Printer. You can set this printer as the default in your computer's printer settings.
- Do you have a private computer? Then download the printer driver for your computer from your uniFLOW dashboard, under the "Start Printing" tab in the menu on the left, and restart your computer after installation. You can then select and use the AHK Canon Printer.
- Do you have a MacBook from AHK? The automatically installed driver might not work. In that case, follow these instructions.
