Step 6: uploading a passport picture
You will receive a request to submit your passport photo at the email address you have entered in Studielink. This passport photo is placed on your student card.
Please ensure that the photo meets the following requirements:
- File format: .jpg;
- Resolution: at least 640x480 pixels;
- Maximum 100 KB;
- Portrait photo of good quality (not too dark);
- A clearly recognisable face;
- Taken straight from the front;
- Light, uniform background;
- No hats, caps, sunglasses or other accessories that obscure the face.
If the photo does not meet these requirements, we will ask you to supply a better photo.
The login code that you will be sent is temporary. This will no longer work after entering an approved photo. Please contact the ICT helpdesk, therefore, if you want to enter a new photo, because that is not possible.
Do you not have a digital photo or can you not upload a photo for another reason? In that case, please drop by the Central Student Administration or the reception of your academy to have a photo taken there.
